Rush Limbaugh has been telling his gang of Republican Limbiciles to go out and corrupt the vote by voting in Democratic Primaries. Character matters. Months ago it was to vote for Hillary to knock Obama out believing Hillary could not win the general election. That false thinking comes from a career based upon little else other than hating the Clintons. Character matters. After so many years of the same lies Limbaugh has begun to believe them himself. More recently he is sending his Limbiciles out to vote for Hillary to extend the Democratic Primaries to help give John McCain help. John McCain only just two months ago Limbaugh was saying was a liberal in drag who no conservative should vote for come November. Character matters.

The top line of today's Letters to the Editor in the Houston Chronicle reads:

All in favor of photo IDs.

Adamantly! Tenaciously! Obstinantely! Stupidly!

In all four of these letters one can see that here in Dumbutt, Texas not much thinking goes on at or off The Range.

On a related story, yesterday a man sitting his chair at a KOA campground suddenly went cold as an AR-15 round slammed into his stomach ending his day and life. Again an AR-15 assault rifle from a loud and often used makeshift gun range bordering on the campground. Good place for a range! Lot's of thought went into that as it was being used for years without anyone thinking to complain.

Back to the letters. Though are ofthem are full of what we now call nativism a few paragraphs jumped off the page at me.

"I'd go a step further . Voters should be given a test to make sure they understand the issues. A small number of informed voters will result in better electoral decisions..." Mike Beck

Wow hey! Voting Rights Act of 1964 out the window. And an even smaller pool of voters than we already have. Like only landowners or those who know Ronald Reagan's birthday?

And this one takes my breath away.

"... illegal aliens or any other mammal the Democrats can find. It is amazing to me that anyone with the least a bit of sense would find a problem with this unless its puts a kink into whats been going on for years that keeps these people in office, especially in certain parts of city or state they represent." Carol S. Leonard

Now if you are from someplace where it may snow on occasion and don't know what "these people" means, you also probably think a black man can become the President.

Of course all these Dumbuttians will not accept the fact that voter "ID" fraud is so rare it matters not a wit to our election process. Rather it is all about further reducing the vote of the old, the poor, and the funny colored and funny named, who tend to not vote Republican.

Suppressing the vote is the best shot Republicans have of winning this November.

Or perhaps just shoot some people on the way...

"WARNING ILLEGAL TO CARRY FIREARMS/AMMUNITION INTO MEXICO. Presently it is hard for the Mexican government to accept it is just a mistake with all the assassinations of politicians and police going on at present with just these kinds of weapons. And of course the good money in selling them in Mexico.

Richard is in a lot of trouble because he enjoyed carrying an assault rifle around with him. Or a gun of any kind for that matter. If he had found some hobby other than mindless gonad expanding shooting the crap out of stuff, he would be in Sunny California with his Mom having a swell time.

Three last things I would like to say to any BJ Impeachment conservatives who want to defend this man....

RULE OF LAW!
As a proud Texan living near Houston we can now happily drink our beer, read the magazine of our choice and watch whatever movie Hollywood puts out -- without a local store making that decision for us.

This week I realized the local Right had lost their battle against alcohol, porn and free speech when the Randall's grocery store chain that wouldn't sell wine on Sundays had now replaced Muzak in Aisle 10 with "What if God was one of Us (just a Slob like one of Us)"

The year was 1994 when the Houston company decided six days a week was ample time to purchase our Shiner beer and Miller Lite. Many Texans decided that 365 days was about right for avoiding that billion dollar retailer.

The precedent for this hoopla started in 1986, when Southland Corporation pulled Playboy magazine off the shelves of its 7-11 stores to make a statement - a convenient cause once they realized the last of the Baby Boomers passed 21 years old that year, and that shelf sales peaked over a decade earlier for the magazines.

And two years later, Blockbuster Videos made it easy for every real Texan to support their local video rental store when they refused to let their customers watch the Martin Scorcese film "The Last Temptation" - although they'll now let you RENT IT here.

Back to 2008 where the effects of Texas' boycott worked: Randalls (who bought Safeway upon their initial exit from the state) is now owned by Safeway, 7-11 is owned by the Middle Eastern guys who work twenty hour shifts there, and Blockbuster is about to purchase Circuit City and soon be owned by banktuptcy pink sheet buyers for pennies on the dollar.

In Fort Worth, Texas [you know this just has to be a Texas story] Darrell Robertson found his wife in a pickup truck [you know it had to be a pickup truck] in the arms of another man. His wife Tracy Robertson noticing that her husband was witnessing her moment of passion screamed "rape!". Darrell got his gun and that was the end of Mr. LaSalle.

Or course a Texas jury [like any Texas jury] refused to indict Robertson because he had a Shoot Whoever You Want Card. This is the invisibile but very real card that states Texans can shoot whoever they please if they step onto their property, The Texas Castle Law. With the Joe Horn case pending without a long overdue indictment, it would seem that the Castle Law has been extended to our neighbor's property. The card also allows Texans to shoot people hugging their wives, as in this case in which the state decided to indict his wife for her dishonest shout. She was
sentenced today to 5 years and can get out on probation in 2 years.

To make this Texas story even sweeter is this quote by husband Darrell Robertson to the press.
"When
I heard my wife sream and saw LaSalle trying to drive off from the
scene, I had no choice but to do what I did, If I had to do it over,
I'd do it again."
So there you have it. Here in Texas we have no choice but to shoot men hugging our wifes. Keep that in mind all you Yankees. Fort Worth Texas Wife gets 5 years for Husband's Crime
