Excuse me while I wish for a larger karmic wheel for him. If I didn't know Karl Rove, I'd agree wholeheartedly with his defense. Of course families should be left out of politics. This, from the master of the art of including them - and in the most despicable ways possible!

One of the true treasures of the long presidential campaign in my opinion, and obviously in others as well has been our discovery of Tina Fey as Sarah Palin. Fey is no stranger to awards, having won several on 30 Rock, but for many of us she was - Sarah Palin! In fact, when they were on stage together it was nearly impossible to tell them apart.

We're not certain just how much truth is behind Sarah Palin's statement that she found Tina Fey to be hilarious, as she admitted to watching with the sound turned off. Interpret that, if you please.

Here is the truly hysterical speech in which Tina Fey receives her award, and a compilation of some of the funniest moments from SNL which got us through a long grueling campaign, and are just as humorous now! BTW, as much as we love Tina as Sarah, we too are happy that Tina Fey got her wish. Kennedys Drive Right-wing Commentator Charles Krauthammer Insane

The last two elections have caused many conservatives to go out of their minds, but some like Charles Krauthammer have completely lost it.

In his column this week, Make 'Princess Caroline' win seat through election, this lipless little Neocon prick says we cannot be appointing empty seats in the Senate. Especially when it concerns Democrats, Jacksons', Bidens' or OH MY GOD the Kennedys'. His point is to not only change the constitution - the 17th Amendment - but to throw special elections into off month off years to ensure vacancies are filled in elections where less than 10% of the voters bother to show up. We know well such elections are easily manipulated by mass mailings from extremists, and you know who they are. It is how all those crazy creationists get on school boards. Not to even mention a call for a special election would cost NY State close to $100 million, a bit much these days when every state is about to go broke. Thank a Republican near you.

Krauthammer is not as clear as to why he hates Kennedy so much, but it sure is the impetus of his silly column. The most obvious guess is that the Senior Senator from Massechucetts wants to give every American affordable health care, which makes Republicans go nuts.

Redistribution of Brains a 2008 Election Mandate

I read today that Obama failed to win even one county in Oklahoma and statewide he lost to McCain 2 to 1. Also 56% of the voters in Oklahoma said in the exit polls they were Evangelical Christians. As is The Word, Hillbillies.

The red and blue divide is no longer about white versus black, rich versus poor or even rural versus urban. It is now smart versus stupid. Intellectual versus anti-intellectual. Secular versus God fearing Goobers.

Our new President will have to reach his hand across the isle, he will have to lead from a Center position, he will have to put our national security (wars) above where we thought he was during this election, Barack Obama has to play nice.

But I don't, and neither do you. And I hope to Hell Congress gives them a well deserved kick in the ass.

As a veteran I have not flown the flag of my country in my yard for a generation because I did not want any intelligent people who may happen through Dumbutt here, thinking I was as much of a right-wing reactionary dim bulb as my neighbors. As is The Truth, Hillbillies. That has now changed. I have the flag flying right now for no reason my neighbors can discern.

Recently in the Primaries Barack Obama gave these Hillbillies a little jab by saying they "cling to guns and religion". What he meant to say (had he not been running for office) was that the biggest voting bloc in America are Hillbillies (no matter what their elevation) who wallow in gungoonery and religious fanaticism because they are ignorant uneducated bigots.

The GOP is now on a path to cleanse itself from any moderate influences. Soon the most disgusting people in America will be the ONLY part of the Republican Party. Perhaps they need a new name? We once called them Puritans, Fundamentalists, Evangelicals, White Trash, the Moral Majority, the Religious Right and of course, Those White People in the Trailer with all the Guns and Snakes Who Marry their Cousins. Well, with 67% of Republicans saying they want Sarah Palin to be their nominee for president in 2012, can we call these people Palinites? Palindrones? Or just stick to Hillbillies?

So what can we do about these people? How can we help bring them into our more human community? We can't deport them, there is no keeping them from voting or shutting them up, but we could educate them you betcha!

What if we were to mandate that all Americans can go to college free with a requirement that everyone pass compulsory courses in world geography, Western Civilization, Eastern Civilization, Anthropology, comparative religion, biology, environmental science, world literature and at least one class in multicultural studies.

The bane of religious dogmatism is a freely educated populace. Imagine what six hours of college classes would accomplish rather than six hours of Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity. A light bringing Hillbilly American out of the Dark Ages. Well... If we can keep them from marrying their cousins anyway.

Neocons are conservative Irishmen whose overt ideology is Empire through War while covertly their point is to saturate the Middle East with as much Muslim blood as possible.

Neocons are the reason we went into Iraq, why we are there now, and why we will soon be moving it all to Afghanistan, which we will have to occupy for another generation. These wars are not about oil as much as they are about religious fanaticism, ethnic revenge and the ear of a susceptible know-nothing President.

In 2004 Senator Joe Lieberman quit the Democratic Party over his thirst for war, more wars and forever war. Subsequently he was allowed to caucus with the Democrats no matter because the Party needed Senate heads to count. They even allowed him to chair the Homeland Security Committee.

During this election Joe the Traitor went over the top, adding to his treason against the Democratic Party he personally stabbed Barack Obama in the back as well.

Rather than pin a carnation on his lapel and kiss his cheek goodbye, Senate Godfather Harry Reed told him he would be removing him from his Homeland Security Chairmanship. Joe the Traitor snapped back that he would leave join the Republicans if they did that to him! Hey, he left the party 4 years ago! He was the keynote speaker at the Republican Convention! Like Zell Miller Redux. What happened to Zell Miller anyway?

Asking Lieberman to vacate his chair at Homeland Security is not vengeance on the part of Harry Reed or any Democrat, rather it is common sense. When it comes to terrorism, Muslims, Arabs, War, the Middle East and violence the last person Democrats would want in charge of such decisions is someone who is further to the Right of the GOP on those very issues, i.e., Neocons. Lieberman and McCain are World War 3 jockeys for christake... The more saber rattling and wars they can get us into the more they glow. You know like how Senator Lindsay Graham's head lights up whenever he says the word "patreaus".

Barack Obama today spoke up on behalf of Joe the Traitor saying he wanted to keep him in the Democratic Caucus. NoDramaObama did the right thing [he must have seen that movie.] After all, the emotional thirst for revenge may be demanded in this case, but most certainly it would not be in the best interest of the Democratic party. So Barack Obama - on both a personal and political level - has risen above it all and decided to let that white whale be, to let it be.

So what are the options for Joe Lieberman?

What usually happens to traitors who end up on the losing side? [like in the state of Africa for example]
What happened to Zell Miller?
What is there for Joe on the Republican side of the isle, where there are no chairmanships at all?
Why would Republicans want a pro Life, distribute the wealth socialist on their side?
But it all comes down to the bottom line...
Why would any sane person in Connecticut vote for this creepy crawler again?

I admit I cried during this, two or three times in fact.

I had been waiting and fighting for 27 years for this moment. Especially after it turned dirty ugly in 1994 thanks to the likes of Newt Gingrich, Tom DeLay, Dick Armey, Trent Lott, and Rush Limbaugh. Hopefully that ugly part of the GOP is now forever gone.

Those gosh darned Robo-callers just took matters into their own mechanical hands. That has to be the explanation for what has happened in FLA just today,when you'd think all of the shenanigans would be over, and the GOP would be blowing up hot air balloons for tonight's a-hem....celebration.

This afternoon Cuban-American families in Florida began receiving robo-calls designed to strike terror in their hearts. The following is the translated transcript.

Urgent: I am calling on behalf of John McCain to tell you that today at 1:28 this afternoon the independent news organization of Reuters reported that the Cuban dictator, Fidel Castro, has given his support to Democrat Barack Obama for being smarter and more sophisticated than John McCain. Just like Hugo Chavez, Daniel Ortega, and Evo Morales - the brothers of Castro prefer Barack Obama. Don't give Castro what he wants. Go vote right now for John McCain and avoid establishing in the United States political policies like those of Cuba. There are only a few hours left today to vote for John McCain. This call has been paid for by McCain/Palin 2008.

The Reuters article quoted Castro as saying Obama was the smarter of the two candidates, but did not endorse either. Sometimes you just have to agree with an evil dictator. Could the 27 electoral votes from FLA have anything to do with this downright evil and nasty deception?

Vote! And Have Cell Phone Fun in line

I just returned from voting here in Dumbutt, Texas. Outside the elementary school the biggest change I noticed from last election was that the word "Republican" was missing from all the political signs.

I had quite a bit of fun in line. Of course this kind of fun may not work where regular humans go vote. Here in Dumbutt not even a button is allowed so I found another option in getting my political views out.

As soon as I got in line, which was outside, I turned my cell phone off and put it to my ear. I did not shout but I tried to make sure I was heard by at least five people deep in both directions.

Damn right I am voting for Obama, I don't live in your trailer park anymore!
McCain? You have to be kidding, I got out of the 9th grade you know.
The line isn't too bad, very McCain/Palin oriented so I assume everyone here makes over $250,000 a year!
Hahahaha... Yeah, like anyone in their right mind would vote for a Republican this time round!
As you have heard me say a thousand times, I have to give George Bush one thing, he is at least smarter than anyone who voted for him.

My fellow voters around me who were all Republicans - we don't call it Dumbutt for nothing - suffered through my zingers until that last one. Calling them dumber than George W went beyond the voting line pale I guess.

And you know what everyone of them who felt they had to speak up were mostly concerned with? Why they were voting straight Republican tickets? Because Barack Obama and Democrats will redistribute the wealth. They will take it from those who make over $250,000 a year and hand it out to lazy bums who refuse to work for a living. Everyone of them, the same issue, they work hard and will not allow the liberal government to take their money and give it to lazy welfare bums who do not want to work.

My response was to hold the phone up in the air and direct it around as a microphone and say "Listen to this! Hard to believe hey?" One young lady got especially hot and I had to address her directly, "Ya know I been around a long time and I have never met anyone who did not want to work nor do I know anyone who makes a quarter of a million dollars a year. Too much Limbaugh and Hannity I suspect?"

She turned purple and began drooling as she told me she listened to both Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity all day everyday. I tried to think of something to say to cool her off and lucked into the right response.

"You going to Hannity's Freedom Concert? Did you get one of those special Christmas Freedom Packages?" That did it! She was telling the whole line of people all about it. How it was packed with stars like Lee Greenwood, Billy Ray, Charlie Daniels and perhaps appearances by Joe the Plumber and Sarah Palin! She was gushing, she was happy, all her angst had dissipated and she began joking around with me. All was well...

So don't forget your cell phone, use it to have some fun voting.
