In this video by Supernews, an uninitiated workmate is brought into the Twittersphere, where messages fly, and no one listens to what other people are doing every second of the day, though those who send the twits want them to know, and assume others are reading! Carried to the ultimate, how could you not want to be a Twitterebrity!

Questions and observations from the unimpressed workmate are not appreciated in the Twittersphere, making statements such as "You're randomly bragging about your unexceptional life." He causes chaos in Twitter world with his observations of the twitterers, and the real meaning of friendship. A Twit"friend" will never help you move!

I present this cartoon for how far off the mark it is.

What should be flying out of that curtain are graphics on easels, charts, babies and political grandstanding for the cameras. With a brain flying in not out. This is completely different than Dick Cheney having Exxon and Halliburton secretly writing energy policy in his basement.

On a related matter, I just may turn off cable news of all kinds, in fact any TV news for that matter. 15 days after the fact, CBS News last night did ANOTHER 15 (of their 24 minute total) on the underwear bomber.

I have had it up to HERE with the frigging underwear bomber. He failed! Hello? No one in their right mind (right mind as in every other country BUT US) expects to be 100% safe 100% of the time, nor do they see this crap from a military point of view.

Entire days of cable news are devoted to local car chases, local shootings, balloons and adultery. IT'S CRAP! Fear sells Twinkies and the GOP.

Contrary to Republican ideology, PEACE is not a filthy word. And you know, if you put that word together with LOVE - peace and love - and drop it on any Republican, their snort snotting can get them to the floor in hysterical spasms of delight! It's THE KIND OF PEOPLE they are. Biological, genetic and immutable...

One of the few good things coming out of 2009 came from the health care debate. It defined the profound dichotomy in American politics.

There are two kinds of people in this world, those who believe access and quality of health care should be dependent upon employment and wealth, and those who don't.

Over all, whatever you want to call that, is what drives our politics. Getting it down to the least words would be "me against us". Or as I had concluded about a decade ago with just one word "fuckem".

Of course that low morality which drives conservative politics has been in the realm of "goes without saying" for ... hmm... Thousands of years. But never so clearly expressed or well defined as Republicans did this past year from the screaming Town Hallers, the lunatic Birthers, the obnoxious Tea Baggers, and not to be out done by the hoi poi, from the Well of the Senate.

The GOP the party of shitting in the nest. Even animals know better, worms even...

And the GOP is also the party of war, torture, guns, executions, swagger and the advocate for the Banking lobby, the derivatives lobby, the Wall Street lobby, Health Insurance lobby, Oil and Gas lobby, bigots, creationists, birthers, tea baggers, religious fundamentalists and of course assholes! And if that were not enough, they are now spending their political capital on doing whatever they can to destory the very Earth they live on. For a buck... As Jesus instructed.

I think it comes down to what I told my kids when they were in grades school and would come home on occasion (election years) upset that they were Democrats when everyone else at school here in Dumbutt was a Republican.

I would answer "Its really up to you what you are, not me or your mother. What do YOU think is more important, money or people? If your answer is "people" then you are a Democrat."

It really is that simple...
