How could that be, Governor Scott sure doesn’t look like a moron, but good to have a new face for the Global Warming denial moron contingent, I was getting sick of typing INHOFE all the time. Though the Senior Senator from Oklahoma sure proved his point once and for all with his snowball in a bag on the floor of the Senate. After all, if global warming was real there would be no snowballs.
If you haven’t heard, Governor Rick Scott of Florida, who’s state is sinking faster than any other, just signed a bill to make it against the law to use the words “global warming” or “climate change” in any Florida state document. I suppose the answer to that is to from now on use the term, “The Republican Destruction of the Earth” instead.
So many compare this issue to evolution, including myself. A thing that is as plain as day, proven, and accepted by all of science, logic, reason and common sense. With both coming at least in part from The Stupid inherent to religion. But there is an Earth shattering difference. Believing in evolution ONLY makes those pushing it sound like the morons they are, while disbelieving in climate change makes those pushing it sound like the morons they are AND helps push the Planet over the tipping point into oblivion.
Americans vote for Republicans because:
a) God says
b) They don’t want their tax money going to lazy bums living downtown somewhere.
c) They hate liberals so much their teeth bleed.
d) Fox News and talk radio
