Fox News Eric Bolling schools Jon Stewart on food stamps

The only schooling News does is from the McGuffey Reader to their 68+ average age users.

fox news eric bolling schools jon stewartYou see, it isn’t bad enough for Fox News and the GOP to take unemployment insurance away from the jobless, or healthcare away from those not insured, or school lunches away from poor kids.. No, they have also been called upon by Jesus Christ to take away food from all poor people. It is the nature of the Beast.

In this case they have found two good reasons to do away with SNAP, or food stamps for the poor.

First of all is the basis of Republican ideology best expressed most recently by Presidential hopeful Congressman Paul Ryan. As Jon Stewart put it, that the poor are sht people who when given food stamps become even more shtty.

And secondly is the hyperbole about fraud. Food Stamp fraud once topped out about 8%, Since President Obama took office it has been reduced to about 4%. The question to ask Fox News and your Republican friends is that if there are 25 hungry people and one of them games the system, do you take the food from the other 24?

I have a piece of advice on that. After you ask that question of a Republican, move away quickly or put your hands over your ears because their answer will further your disappointment in humanity.
