The child in the thumbnail sketch gazing lovingly back at Fred Rogers is obviously not going to amount to a row of pins.
According to the Fox Friends, Mr. Rogers has doomed an entire generation. Rogers used his half hour to teach, and to tell little people that they are special just for who they are…Which we learn is the road to narcissism, under-achievement and dead-beat drains on society. Not to be a nit-picker, but haven’t more than one generation been influenced by Fred Roger’s influence during his long career?
According to the Fox Friends, Rogers should have used the time to tell toddlers and other wee people that they are nothing, nada, zip – until they work hard and make something of themselves.
The irony here is that it’s immediately apparent that someone told the Fox ‘friends’ that they were ‘special’ enough to masquerade as news-people on TV.
