Hannah Giles has now taken her fine booty to Austin, Texas with she and her husband Joel Basil founded the American Phoenix Foundation, a tax exempt organization to train students on campus. They and some pro bono right-wing operatives wear hidden cameras to videotape a few Democrats but mostly mainstream Republicans in local bars hoping to find the married ones chasing skirts. They also wear hidden cameras to ask these errant Republicans questions about abortion, gay marriage, obamacare and such which they plan to use to embarrass Rhinos come election time. They are openly following legislators in and around Austin making Republicans mad as Hell, which breaks my heart.

You may wonder that this being Texas and all, why someone has not shot Joel Basil by now. Two reasons, the open carry law passed but does not go into effect for some months, and secondly Republicans don’t shoot white people here in Texas. It is not what the guns are for. They are for something else.
Declared income for the American Phoenix Foundation was $450,000, $200,000 of which came from Texas billionaire Jeff Sandefer. Sandefer though a big oil and gas billionaire is best known for his contributions defunding state universities to try and take the liberal out of liberal arts education.
