Last night I could hear the tears of pain dropping from the DNC over the best thing that ever happened to the Democratic Party and worst thing that ever happened to the Republican Party had finally crashed and burned. But this morning tells a different story.
F**kface von Clownstick has not only doubled on down on McCain but is now asking him for an apology for calling Trumps followers “crazies.”
“John McCain called thousands of people “crazies” when they came to seek help on illegal immigration last week in Phoenix. He owes apology!” One of Donald Trumps many tweets this morning.
I am sure we all expected The Donald Trump to blurt out some silly crap that would eventually knock him out of the running just as Michele Bachmann and Herman Cain did in the last presidential cycle, we also were pretty damn sure it would be in the context of an angry response to someone who took a personal shot it him.
In this case it was John McCain who recently accused F**kface von Clownstick of “bringing out the crazies.” The same John McCain who once called the only GOP presidential candidate still standing with Trump, Ted Cruz, “a whackobird.” And from what I have been reading so far this morning, it may be too soon to write Trump off for indeed he is the face, the voice, and spokesman for America’s whackobird crazies, who number in the tens of millions.
Thing is “whackobird crazies” is being kind to these people who are very angry ugly fat old white homophobes, bigots and racists who have had xenophobes like Donald Trump play to them since they lost the Civil War.
I wouldn’t get my hopes up, the Donald Trump base hates John McCain almost as much as they do our black Muslim President, though I do expect this to cause Trump lose a few points in the polls, it will not be enough to knock him out of the debates.
Back in 2004 the entire GOP said John Kerry was no hero and because of it won the election.
Remember, the GOP has to walk softly with Mr. von Clownstick or he could take 20% of the electorate on a third party run. And unlike Ross Perot, everyone of which from the GOP.
