Sure The Philippines president Rodrigo Duterte has already had about 2000 suspected criminals shot and killed in the streets by his police and vigilante groups, but he said he would kill them and he did, he is a man of his word. He campaigned bragging that he would do that and that he personally killed at least three people, has two wives, two girl friends, called Pope Francis a Son of a Bitch and was elected in a landslide.
Then just the other day Duterte called President Obama a Son of a Bitch. But come on, give the guy a break, he is only doing this to MAKE THE PHILIPPINES GREAT AGAIN! Where’s the hat?
