Jessica Williams: Alabama Fetus Lawyer Jullian McPhillips

Alabama Fetus Lawyer Jullian McPhillipsPlay to the base, it’s where the money is, or so they believe. The kicker here is not so much that Alabama – or any Republican held state for that matter – will for the next two years do all it can to deny women their constitutional right to an abortion – but that they are going to go about it loudly, proudly and with a good dash of crazy as we see here.

What is so onerous about this law that drags young women into court do not only have a Jullian McPhillips the Fetus Defense lawyer able to bring witnesses against her, but that if for some reason he loses the case, which is doubtful in Alabama, he can appeal it to let the clock run out on the woman’s pregnancy. WHILE they also pass laws to reduce the time limits for a legal abortion. WHILE they make such women travel many hundreds of miles they can neither afford or get off work to do. WHILE as always, middle class and wealthy white women can go on a nice trip to a nice hospital. It makes one wonder if these Pro Life people ever actually think about such things, or think about much of anything for that matter.

You know that the reason for Roe V Wade was that most Americans, mostly protestants, wanted to put an end to the thousands of suicides, deaths and butchery that back ally and self induced abortions caused each year. And now they want to take us back to that same horror show. Not to mention that had there been no Roe V Wade we could now very well have an extra 40 million unwanted black and brown armed gang members to deal with. On welfare. The Republican Base would sure like that.

But I will give them the benefit of the doubt as long as they don’t give me any of crap about small government, individual rights, liberty, freedom or constitutional rights. If they put a lid on that crap, they can cause all the pain and misery they intend to cause in forcing women to have children they do not want. After all I am man, what do I care? For I know men would want to have the government force the same rules upon them.
