Voter ID laws and reducing early voting reduces minority turnout in elections. That is a fact. But as it also reduces voting turnout for young people, college students and old people, it has nothing to do with race. There is no voter fraud at the table, so this, admitted by the GOP, is to suppress the Democratic vote, which is okay.
