Jimmy Kimmel suspects that most Americans still don’t understand the Government Shutdown. Asking the following absurd question of people on the street, seems to bear out Jimmy’s suspicion – or does it? Perhaps they’re just dazzled by being on camera, or maybe, as one woman said, “the debt ceiling should be oscillated and the ceiling fans should be reupholstered”
Note the man in the thumbnail photo didn’t seem to be ‘Happy Happy Happy’ as his hat proclaimed. He emitted a loud “NO!” when he heard the word Obamacare, and unfairly didn’t listen to the entire question. I suspect his other happy hat has three corners, and fluffy stuff on the brim. It’s just a hunch, so don’t call me for a psychic reading just yet.
