Jon Stewart, Republican War on Teachers

First we have the Republican War on Teachers, well after the last two months of the Republican War on Mothers, Children and Education.

Next we have the hypocrisy of Republicans claiming $50,000 average salary a year for teachers is too much WHILE they claim those making over $250,000 a year are not rich and deserve the Bush Tax Cuts no matter it adds more to the deficit than taking away teachers right to bargain.

After watching these videos, reading the polls and noticing some recent underlying glee from not a few pundits on the Left, I am thinking that just in the first two months after the horrifying election results of 2010, the GOP brand has already gone irrevocably so far over the top they are dead meat in 2012. But then I think of how susceptible the ignorant American voter is to conservative propaganda and the billion they will spend because of Citizen’s United, my beer goes from half FULL to empty in one swig.

In fact Citizen’s United, which puts no limit on political bribery, is the worst Supreme Court decision in American history.
