When I first saw this I shook my head in disbelief. After all the RNC hand ringing over their loss of the 2012 election and their plan to REACH OUT to blacks and Hispanics? Where are they now a year later? LOUDLY refusing immigration reform of any kind, even fighting against the Dream Act, and even MORE LOUDLY suppressing the votes of African Americans and Latinos in every Republican held state. Wow.
But in all fairness on t his one I gave them the benefit of the doubt on racism having ended in 1956 as a Bushism. Just a wording mistake. But you know, after thinking it over and realizing what a big organization the RNC is where nobody caught the mistake, or mentioned it, or said HEY WAIT A MINUTE, or had Michael Steele weigh in. No it was not a mistake it was proof in the pudding just how disconnected the GOP is from reality.
Most White people in the South (I do not include Hispanics) do believe that the only racism at work today is against white people. This is just another sign of how the GOP has been taken over by Paula Deen.
