The kicker in this one is the list of countries who retain AAA+ ratings. 14 of 15 are nations we denigrate as European Socialism we despise.
Just like we blamed opening up home loans for the poor as the cause of the recession – rather than all those who manipulated it into a derivative game with their rating company pals falsely giving the toxic bundles AAA+ ratings – we now blame this crash on President Obama and the debt/deficit rather than those Tea Party Republicans who are the direct cause of it by taking us to the brink by politically linking the debt ceiling to the debt/deficit. Which even Ronald Reagan loudly called unAmerican and crazy.
Make no mistake, with Fox News and Citizens United unlimited money, will indeed work for the Republicans. They have successfully destroyed President Obama, the economy and perhaps the nation.
As it sits now, they will easily take the Senate and likely take the White House to accent the Tea Party House of pain. And if that doesn’t bring the people out to the streets to burn it down, nothing ever will. We are way overdue for an American Spring.
