That MY COUNTRY RIGHT OR WRONG crap sure did Germany and Japan a disfavor some time ago.
I guess I have only this damn drum of mine to blame. My drum is a horrible failure in the love department. It doesn’t love my insurance company, by job, God, Jesus, my city, my country, my new shoes or even my boat, though I do like my boat a lot. My drum is only capable of loving is my family, my friends, my neighbors, my dog, my cat and my bartender. I can only get that love thing up for living, substantial real things it seems. I apologize for that. Perhaps my drum needs some red, white and blue bunting and an image of Jesus on the surface to pound on? Though I do wonder, is my case the true definition of American Exceptionalism? Am I the American Exception?
