Well one does have to consider few people in West Virginia can read. Or have shoes… If this is how Democrats think in W. Virginia, imagine what the Republicans are thinking. Gee… I do not think ferrets are allowed in prisons here in Texas, so it must be hair. Which would lead one to believe the guy is in jail for pot. But how did the guy get on the W. Virginia ballot if his residency is in a Texas prison?
