"The um. Uh, uh, uhm…Chuckle, I can’t." Valium’ll sneak up on ya. This Perry ‘debate’ verbage is far from the oratory with which Obama dazzled us after eight years of George Herbert Walker Bush. Yet Rick Perry has sufficiently untied his tongue in this – his latest campaign ad, stating his homophobic and simplistic views. Perry’s immediate goal is to turn Herman Cain’s head – something for which Perry is biologically unequipped to do easily. Still, he needs for Cain to pass him the flickering torch instead of Newtie, and with it the support of Cain’s mystery supporters. To my limited knowledge, no one has stepped forward admitting to being one of that select group. I think I speak for many when I say that we all sincerely wish Perry well in this endeavor. Be an American Herman; we NEED Rick Perry – oh yes we do! Hmmm…The things you never thought you’d say.
