A Texas Grand Jury exonerated Planned Parenthood from selling fetus tissue and instead indicted David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt who made the bogus videos for the felonies of tampering with government records and buying fetal tissue.
The problem being that all the hyperbolic lies about this from talk radio, Fox News and the Republican presidential candidates will hold in the minds of the Republican mob and the truth be dammed.
Down here in Texas with all statewide elected officials – and the super majority Republican legislature – who are rabidly pro life no abortion for any reason – the silence is deafening. I do wonder which way this will go? Will the Governor and Attorney General have the charges dropped or will they wait out the trial and do pardons?
