On Last Week Tonight, John Oliver puts the much-anticipated GOP debate in perspective – which is directly in your rear-view mirror, because nobody really cares about anything but Sideshow Donald Trump and ‘bleeding’ Megyn Kelly.
Trump didn’t take the Fox moderator’s initial ‘gotcha’ questions about party loyalty with the thin-skinned ferocity he displayed over Megyn Kelly’s question about his disrespect to women. To prove she didn’t get to him, Trump immediately sent Kelly over twenty tweets in thirty minutes, in his easily recognizable,crude and butt-hurt style.
John takes a different takes different approach. From Trump’s remarks, Oliver surmises, “You can just imagine what a talented lover Donald Trump is.” John then demonstrates Donald’s technique, which truly must be seen, and I suspect is close to the mark. As the Donald would tell you himself, he’s had ‘no complaints.’ As Mrs. Betty Bowers said, referring to Trump’s marital situation, “The customer is always right.”
