Donald Trump took time out from his busy today promoting Romney, to launch an extremely nasty Tweet about David Letterman. According to Trump, it is imperative that we know that Trump feels David has become ‘boring and mundane,’ unlike ‘The Apprentice – of course.’ What could have hurt the Donald so much that he would finally strike out now? Letterman has given several well-deserved jabs to Trump and Romney in the past – maybe it’s what Letterman said last night that finally raised The Donald’s hackles. David expressed sound advice to candidates who have ever strapped their dog to the station wagon, and seemed quite jolly about it. If I didn’t know better, I’d think The Donald had thin, blotchy skin!
