Equally shocking is the tie – and we’re not kidding here, between the Koch Brothers father Fred and Stalin. Fred made his fortune in the oil business, in the Soviet Union of the 1930’s. He may have learned a bit about power brokering KGB style as well. When daddy came home he got some friends together and established the good ol’ boys, John Birch Society – who still exist, and were forged due to Fred’s fear of the mixing of the races.
