Loretta Lynch: Ted Cruz & Mitch McConnell willing to compromise with each other

Hotties Ted Cruz & Mitch McConnell Unsurprisingly, Tea Party Senators Ted Cruz and Mike Lee have submitted a document pledging to refuse confirmation of Loretta Lynch – President Obama’s pick to replace Eric Holder as Attorney General – until  after they take control of the Senate and can then vote to deny the appointment in the name of non compromise and non partisanship. Mitch McConnell, the new Senate Majority Leader, agreed.

The issue of course is not that Loretta Lynch is black woman or a Democrat, but that she has not publicly declared that President Obama’s plan to use an executive order to allow work permits – temporary Green Cards – for undocumented workers already here is illegal and unconstitutional.

The Attorney General is the President’s chief law enforcement officer. As such, the nominee must demonstrate full and complete commitment to the law. Loretta Lynch deserves the opportunity to demonstrate those qualities, beginning with a statement whether or not she believes the President’s executive amnesty plans are constitutional and legal.

What I enjoy most about this, other than the loud proud public smack in the teeth to Hispanics, is that this entire issue about executive orders being illegal and unconstitutional which makes President Obama a tyrannical fascist – means that with Ronald Reagan promoting and signing Green Cards for 4 million undocumented not temporarily but forever, and instituting more executive orders than Obama – that we will have to dig Ronald Reagan up and put him on trial. Which is a good idea, well in the name of cooperation and non partisanship anyway. I have a shovel.
