Message received, but it was done much better 45 years ago on the Smothers Brothers Show by Pete Seeger and his song called THE BIG MUDDY. I might add we have learned nothing since then.
BTW, CBS refused to air the song at the time. It took a year of Tom Smothers fighting to finally get it on the show. But that fight ended with CBS refusing to renew the show even though it was a hit. War, guns and executions are a very large part of our American Traditional Christian Fammily values.
