At Midnight: Comedians Aid Anonymous in KKK Hack

At Midnight: Comedians Offer Hilarious Help for Anonymous Hack Attack on KKK over Ferguson

In a brief segment from the Comedy Central show ‘At Midnight’ hosted by Chris Hardwick, comedians Keegan Michael Key.
Paul Scheer and Rob Huebel take on the topic “Insane Klan Posse.” Their mission is to quickly devise  more diabolical ways for Anonymous to Harass the Klan, now that they have hacked their Twitter page – with hilarious results! Ah c’mon, we’re all against hacking, but was anyone ever more deserving than the KKK?  It did make for a nice change to be met with a lovely unicorn and rainbow, rather than the same old pointy sheets and hate talk!   The effects of the actual hack, and the suggestions made by the comedians are equally lovely.  Anonymous was prompted to declare war on the KKK after numerous Ferguson protestors were harassed with disgusting, racist swill.

If you’re not yet familiar with ‘At Midnight,’ Chris Hardwick leads a changing panel of three comedians in a series of internet inspired improv games. Hardwick introduces an internet meme currently trending, and asks the panel to craft a funny response, or select the correct answer from multiple choices. Topics are culled from all corners of the internet world, and include the following general topics: Hashtag Wars, Cringe Worthy, E-Bay the Price is Right, Free on Craigslist, Photobomb, Sweet Emoji and Yahoo Answers – to name but a few.

I particularly liked this little segment.  ‘Anonymous’ doesn’t get nearly enough credit for the good works they perform. Conversely, the Klan doesn’t crawl out into sunlight and get exposed for the chicken*** weasels they truly are.
The KKK plays dirty, and seems to believe they can take Ferguson on as a project of sorts.  While the Klan temporarily regained control of their twitter account on Sunday, Anonymous issued a warning that it might be best to stay away from Ferguson .#pKKKHoodsOff contains a list of phone numbers belonging to Klan members. For all of their threats and bravado, which isn’t above ‘outing’ their victims, they very much do not want their names and numbers listed…Like most all internet bullies.
