It was an easy win for the ‘new’ Romney – and it’s no surprise. After all, he knows his opponent’s weak spots, the largest of all is his passing acquaintance with the truth. Jon Huntsman described Romney as a well lubricated weather vane, easily pointing in the direction the wind blows. Romney’s shifting of what he often claims to be strongly held beliefs, proved to be his downfall. For instance: Romney One stated that he will not reduce taxes paid by high income Americans! Romney Two stated unequivocally that he is going to cut taxes on everyone, including the top one percent! I guess he changed his mind once he figured out how much money he could save by firing Big Bird?
