Morning Rackit, Republicans Screw Their Neighbors
on February 20, 2009 at 1:21 pmWhat is driving the present Republican angst against the $80 million mortgage rescue is pure Republican ideology
I DO NOT WANT TO HELP MY NEIGHBOR!
No matter their neighbor’s foreclosures will reduce their own property value. After all, helping neighbors is not only against Republican ideology, but also Republican morals, Republican ethics, Republican values and above all, Republican Christianity. Here in Texas we have the 11th Commandment. Screw your neighbor, God Bless them.
40% of Blacks (over 90% who are Democrats) were sold expensive, high interest and high penalty fees sub prime mortgages when they would have been able to get standard loans.
Real estate brokers (over 90% who are Republicans) went into to minority areas to specifically market these sub prime mortgages to enjoy higher percentages of the take. Then Bankers (over 90% who are Republicans) skimmed off big fees to wrap them up in packages. Wall Street gurus (over 90% who Republicans) took fees to turn them into bonds and securities. The credit rating companies (over 90% who are Republicans) falsely gave them triple A ratings generating big fees from themselves. Now Republicans are mad as Hell because a nanonit of their hard earned tax money – made from talking, moving money around and cheating the system – is being used to help OTHER PEOPLE.
OTHER PEOPLE ARE THE ENEMY OF THE GOP
At first that seems a bit harsh until one thinks back and realizes that really has been the bottom line of the Republican Party since at least January 20th, 1981.

Rack Jite Quotes
Just sickening. I remember when I first became aware of these programs years ago, and how surprised I was that they were prevalent in the worst areas of our town and in the more depressed areas of the state. In the cases of some people who bought realistically priced homes, Fannie and Freddy seemed like a real saving grace for them.
The “regular” realtors and bankers I mentioned it to over 10 years ago hadn’t even heard of these programs.
Where do you get your numbers on the policitcal makeup of bankers, realtors, and brokers? Just curious — I couldn’t find hard numbers, and I’m wondering if you are just guessing. Not a dig — I’m really interested.
Oh one of those things that goes without saying… You know reality…
I was going to use 99% put then I wanted to be conservative about it and not exaggerate.
