Seth Meyers examines recently surfaced allegations of predatory behavior toward women by Donald Trump, whose plans to become molester-in chief may take a detour. While Trump is ‘lashing out like a badger after a three-day coke binge’ as Seth describes, his weary apologists are taxing their threadbare imaginations to deflect the damage. Women are coming out of airplanes, elevators, magazines – everywhere but the woodwork, to report physical and verbal abuse by Trump.
Mike Huckabee – who likens Trump to the gruff-speaking captain on the original ‘Jaws’ says the captain is “the guy who’s going to kill the shark (Hillary) and save your butt.” I certainly hope that Huckabee’s comparison of the captain and Trump is far more accurate than he recalls!
The Trump team predictably is blaming the victims of the attacks, which go back as far as 1979 so far. They claim it’s suspicious that the women haven’t come forward before now. Seth winds up the piece explaining why women might have waited to report Trump and face having their motives questioned.
