As the rest of the nation NOT IN THE CONFEDERACY moves to legalize marijuana, Florida moves the opposite direction to make it illegal to sell marijuana paraphernalia. The name behind the law is the bill’s sponsor, Rep. Darryl Rouson, OH NO, a Democrat. The bill became law last week when the Florida State house passed it by… Are you ready? 115 to 0! Wow… Though to be fair the House is made up of 75 Republicans and 44 Democrats. The law goes into effect on July 1 with a penalty of up to one year in jail.
Hey they forgot to mention toilet paper tubes and rolling papers. And from what I hear, these days the hot items are $100 vaporizers that are bought mostly on the net. Or I hear (hint hint) can be made using any ceramic or glass bowl and a soldering iron. Vaporizers have become popular because they are the healthy answer to getting stoned. They heat the pot so hot that all the bad stuff for you lungs burns away and you only get the nut of it. Well this is all just from what I hear.
