On last night’s PBS program NOW, the show did an extensive interview with a working class family who just lost their home. A sad story of a husband getting hepatitis and losing his job (though luckily getting some help from Medicaid long enough to hold on to their home for a few years.) The interview gave us an angry husband and a tearful wife boxing up their belongings and warning their children in college that they may have to drop out. At the close of the interview the tearful wife says they will never vote for Democrats because they are for abortion.
The Republican bankers took their home away, the Republican politicians have jacked up the cost of college by a factor of 5 in a generation, done everything possible to get rid of Medicaid and done nothing at all to give affordable health care to working class families.
No sympathy for these tens of millions of people who have been so corrupted by religious intolerance the cognitive areas of their brains have been Limbaughomized into soup.
NONE, ZIP, NADA, NAUGHT, ZERO. They deserve to live in a rental trailer praying rather than thinking for the rest of their sorryass lives! !! !!!
