Because silly conspiracy wonk and Russian operative Michael Flynn resigned late last night there are not yet any funny videos so I had to search out the funniest things I could find this morning.
First is that the leading name for a replacement is General Patraeus, who along with his girlfriend who he was cheating on his wife with, were indicted and found guilty of passing classified information though various open social media outlets. Such as real time coordinates of our leading politicians and generals. About a thousand times more serious than anything Hillary Clinton did with emails.
Then came my first look at Morning Joe since the election to find Senator Tom Colburn saying the resignation was a good thing because so many other spokesmen from the White House are hurting the credibility of same, “except for Sean Spicer.” Really. He said that!
But Colburn was most upset that this morning there is far too much use of the “I” word. I agree. Unindicted co-conspirator Donald Trump should not be impeached, but rather arrested and taken to Guantanoma Bay to be held for 10 years while we sort it all out. Dragged out of the front door of the White house wrapping his big red tie over his face to hide.
That impeachment is now being bandied about by even some Republicans in just the first month of this administration is way past due.
Retired Oklahoma Senator Colburn has always been one of my favorites. Considered moderate and one of the most level heads in the Republican party who is a rabid Pro Lifer with a 100% positive rating with every conservative think tank is what am.
