Rather than step in, the government in Gurgaon, India gave women free rein to impress the importance of designated subway cars for men and women upon those men who had been infringing on the side reserved for ladies. The ladies were free to ‘remind’ the men in any way that they deemed necessary to help them remember which car to use on their next journey.
You see here the method by which the female passengers impressed chivalry upon the invading male passengers. Only those with a penchant for pain will set foot in the car designated ‘women’ again.
