I believe the official reason for the stop was failure to yield. If this trooper’s mama had been in the back of the ambulance on her way to the hospital, would he have stopped the paramedics to harrass them? Soon, husband and others join the melee’ along with the patient in the back screaming, much to the trooper’s frustration.
