quiet” Meaning that it was odd that Coulter hadn’t joined the blonde bitchfest which I believe started between Coulter and the Ms McCain. Simple dear Watson, so someone will invite her to appear. Coulter, unlike the other two doesn’t snark for free, it will be better publicity for her and her dying book. Of course, that is but one unsolicited opinion.

For those playing the home version:As nearly as I can tell, McCain’s mention of Coulter brought nothing in return from the Geist.It did bring a stunning defense of the Geist in the form of Laura Ingraham.
