Olbermann Worst: Cantor,Beck Coloreds,JC Penney bimbos

Gold: Eric Cantor, whose district is reeling between the recent earthquake and now hurricane Irene, changes his mind about disaster funding faster than natural disasters can hit. Just yesterday he insisted that all emergency disaster funds be taken out of silly and extraneous items in the budget – no hand-outs for him when there are funds to educate and feed people at his disposal. Ironically Cantor’s memory is short and exceedingly selective. Fellow Congressman Henserling of Texas attempted to attach an amendment to a disaster aid bill, custom made for Perry in 2004. Guess how Perry voted. A more challenging is puzzle what the hell is and was he thinking?

Silver: Glenn Beck gave the African American demographic a ‘Dutch Uncle’ talking to, today! What percentage of African Americans tune into Glenn Beck, do you suppose? Beck ignores the fact that nearly every immigrant nationality still has a club or society for social and civic minded reasons: The Hibernian Society, Sons of Norway, The Slavic Center and the DAR among numerous others. None of the afore-mentioned clubs encourage members to ignore other Americans. Beck objects to the labels "African American",”Black," and "Colored," unless of course, you live in So. Africa. You see, we’re just one big happy family. Newsflash! It doesn’t ‘suck’ anymore to be African American in the U.S., and he wants you all to simply be American, as long as you buy into his loony tunes conspiracies and have no plans to marry one of his daughters.

Bronze: JC Penney’s Back to School Department must have hired Phylis Schaffley to design a line of T-shirts for girls from 7-14 years of age called the "Back to School in 1932 Collection." Wait until you see this abomination! They have pulled the shirts and apologized, but I still have a feeling that not as much is expected from (or credited ) a female JC Penny worker, compared to her male co-hort if this represents their true feelings. Of course, we know you women at Penny’s work long and hard, making it all the more hypocritical that the store ordered these rags!
