Worst: State Rep. Joel Kleefisch, (R–Wisconsin) takes home the prize for irony. Kleefisch was caught on-camera casting votes for three pals. The issue at stake? A bill demanding that all Wisconsin voters present picture ID; this is the bill which allegedly will prevent the average citizen from voting fraudulently. It’s okay, he – on the other hand, is a professional.
Worser: Rep. Bob Morris (R–Indiana)
By now you know Bob as the Girl Scout basher, and his apology today did nothing to change that image. Today he included Girl Guides in his diatribe, and was rewarded by his colleagues in a manner quite befitting the gravity of his concerns. Let’s just say that cookie sales are up!
