“Where you AT!?? That’s what an enraged ‘patriot’ at Operation American Spring wants to know. His anger is understandable. Suppose you planned to overthrow the wicked American government and nobody came!
Speaking to the Washington Times, one of the Texas-based organizers for the protest put it this way: “This is a very poor turnout. It ain’t no millions. And it ain’t looking like there’s going to be millions. Hundreds is more like it.”
This is the day when “ten to thirty million” hatriots planned to meet up in Washington D.C. and “force” the President and several other top officials to resign – or be tarred and feathered and run out of town on a rail, I presume. The crowd numbered around 250 people reportedly. There is no sign that the missing home-bound millions who vowed to come, will rev up the Winnebago and head down to D.C. and join their fellows, but they are there in spirit. They had better be, because they aren’t going to see much – if any coverage of the event on television.
The success of the rally depended upon flooding the capital with millions of people, the better to make a clean sweep of the Benghazi-ignoring corruption! The dispirited rally goers alternated between bitterness at their absent fellow patriots and hostility with the gov’ment, topped by the disappointment that there would be no ousting or rebellion taking place today. Sure, everyone got on board during the fun planning stages on Facebook, and right wing radical sites, but c’mon – it was RAINING today!
What did they want? Benghazi! What did they get? Excuses that the others were landlocked in a campground…Millions of them? Just what makes them feel justified in throwing our system of laws overboard and physically ousting Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Harry Reid, Mitch McConnell, John Boehner, Nancy Pelosi, and Eric Holder, by whatever means are at their disposal? This is an easy one, God is on their side! They feel He is with them in reclaiming America as a Christian nation, once again showing how little they know of the nation’s origins and the intentions of those who founded it. Patriot trading cards! That might be a good way of getting a little correct information into circulation…Just sayin’.
Rally planners did not disclose their plans for the leadership of new government once it has been swept clean. Would our new leader be decided at a Mountain Man Gathering, judged by shooting and axe throwing competitions?
If they kept vaguely to the line of succession, the President of the Senate would be ‘It’ – tag! That lucky man happens to be Patrick Leahy a Vermont Democrat. I guess they didn’t plan this thing out very well.
