Prince of Darkness Robert Novak meets his namesake

Conservative columnist and angry television pundit Robert Novak was known mostly for not only his anger at the poor and dispossessed and blaming them for most of our ills, but laughing at them as well – it is where the nickname Prince of Darkness he was so very proud of came from.

On a more personal level he was best known for cruizing around Washington DC giving people the finger out the window of his black Corvette. In fact his last known public act was to run someone over in that Corbett and left the scene, you know hit and run. We assume he gave them the finger as he sped away which probably made it all okay.

Novak was also the mainstay of the CNN debate show CROSSFIRE for many years taking the conservative view of things. He was fired from CNN in 2005 after he got angry and walked off the set in a huff when James Carville gave him a poke. Funny to now note the video is Novak the great pundit arguing that the reviled Katherine Harris would be the next Senator from Florida – She did not even get 40% of the vote.

After being fired from CNN Novak of course moved to Fox News where he belonged all along. He was working for FOX when he wrote the infamous article which outed CIA agent Valerine Plame, and put Scooter Libby to bed. That was pretty much end of the angry foul son of a witch.
