Trump, is either unaware or uncaring that the rage emerging in town hall meetings is directed at him, and at the agenda of the GOP.
Town Hall meetings ain’t what they used to be! The friendly Town Hall meetings of the past are gone. Now representatives must run a gauntlet of angry, sign-carrying voters who fill rooms to overflowing and are loudly vocal in their disapproval! Where has civility gone? A Louisiana Town Hall turned their backs in unison on Bill Cassidy’s Power Point presentation – imagine. If they had paid attention Cassidy would have shown them why destroying Obamacare was the only logical solution to their health care needs.
And this is the key. As much flak as Republicans in particular, have given the ACA, they are no longer willing to take the Republican healthcare ‘option A – Tums OR Advil’ and wait for Trump’s promise of “Something GREAT – believe me!”
