It is not just Republicans kowtowing to Sidney Adelson, we are all whores for the dollar. Though it seems the more dollars one has the more pandering for them one does.
Sidney Adelson made 80% of his $50 billion from gambling in Macao. Maybe we should consider him only 20% American? Oops, he is 100% Jewish who wants to nuke the Muslims. Really. That’ll teach em! I wonder if nuking Muslims is as OKAY as we have decided nuking Japs was?
At least the Koch Brothers are REAL Americans from Kansas and up to their ears in clean American oil. And they don’t want to nuke the Muslims, they want to nuke you.
One would think that these Republican billionaires out to screw the least of us in any manner they can just to accumulate even more billions would reflect poorly on the GOP. After their first few billion they could go around the world spending it on giving a helping hand abroad rather than a kick in the head here at home.
We have Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Warren Buffett and Bill Gates doing good works – which has not only become unAmerican but unChristian as well – while Republicans have Sidney Adelson, the Koch Brothers and George W Bush painting pictures of his feet in the shower. There ya go… Pretty much wraps it up.
But we do have to come to terms with who we are and what we represent in the world. Unfettered free market laissez faire capitalism with a bigger gun than the rest of the world combined.
