One does not need to be a brain surgeon on LSD to understand what is going on here. It is not just Florida or Texas, it is a national plan moving backward in all states. All one needs to do is to take a look at WHO and WHAT is behind the movement. The most rabid individual Evangelical Christians, Christian Home schooling, Focus on the Family and every other hard core intolerant religious organization is what am. The purpose is to expand Charter schools, move them to vouchers and end public education in America.
Here in Texas the man behind it is State Senator Dan Patrick. He began his public service as the owner of two ALL RIGHT ALL THE TIME AM radio stations, one in Dallas and one in Houston. He also acted as a Right-wing talk show host on both stations. To give you and idea of just how far into LA LA Land this Evangelical Christian is allow me to go back some years.
It was late 1990’s and talk radio was consumed by hating the Clintons’. They were wanton murderers and such. There was an issue with a Chinese born scientist at Los Alamos in New Mexico who was accused of giving nuclear secrets to the Chinese. He was later exonerated. Talk Radio led by Mr Limbaugh played it that he was a pawn of the Clintons’ who were on the side of Chinese communists. There was a hard drive, and then a wild fire near Los Alamos which supposedly burned evidence that would convict the Chinese American man of treason. Limbaugh ran with it. The Clintons’ started the fire in New Mexico to protect their Chinese connections in giving our secrets to the communists. In comes the local Dan Patrick Show to run with that ball of bile. Not only had Bill and Hillary started the fire and committed treason – but no lie – Dan Patrick went a step further. What do we do with those who commit treason? We execute them! There you have the nature of this Beast. Dan Patrick became a state Senator as a stepping stone for his coming run for Governor.
Dan Patricks’s sidekick in this movement to the destruction of public education is none other than his intellectual partner, Governor Rick Perry. Again, you want to get to the bottom of this charter school business, look to the WHO of it.
BTW, the problem of course is inner city schools are failing due to segregation, end of busing, and forever less funding that these nutjobs got a foot in the door. But do not be fooled, the end game is to destroy public education to create a system of Christian indoctrination centers.
