Sean Hannity was ready for a good old fashioned snipe fest when Ann Coulter made her inevitable rounds with the latest of her fact-free books. Instead, Coulter defended Bill Maher as a friend. It seems that Bill Maher and Coulter have settled their differences over dinner – perhaps Hannity will have to literally step up to the plate if he wants to be one of Ann’s favorites again.
