Seth MacFarlane’s ‘Family Guy’ Knew Bruce Jenner Was Truly Caitlyn in 2009

Seth MacFarlane's 'Family Guy' Knew Bruce Jenner Was Truly Caitlyn in 2009

You cannot have escaped seeing Bruce – er Caitlyn Jenner as she appeared  on Vanity Fair magazine, officially launching her new life as a woman; but it appears that that Stewie Griffin of Family Guy knew all along.  In a clip from 2009, Stewie  snarks about Brodie Jenner saying: “I can’t believe that came out of Bruce Jenner’s vagina.” Brian reminds Stewie that Bruce is a man, but Stewie is steadfast, replying, “No, Brian, that’s what the press would have you believe, but he is not. Bruce Jenner is a woman. An elegant, beautiful, Dutch woman.

In 2011, Jenner makes a brief and unexpected appearance in an unrelated Family Guy segment. A male Bruce Jenner, with a pink feather boa bumps and grinds to burlesque music before a group of cheering, randy sailors. Master of Ceremonies, Peter Griffin quips, “Just wanted to remind you fellas what you’re all fighting for.”

Perhaps Seth MacFarlane had insider knowledge, but  Jenner’s announcement was not a total surprise to most who have witnessed her changing appearance over the years. The big news is bound to be the ratings and cash bonanza enjoyed by the Kardashian clan, whose main accomplishment seems to be making themselves  as watchable as a train wreck for millions of viewers.  That said, I do wish Caitlyn the very best.

Around the old internet, conspiracy theories are gearing up.  Jenner’s change is heralded as “An Illuminati Goddess Ritual.”  By tomorrow, it will be tied to the interstellar lizard people and the End of Days. Truly.
