If the job of the GOP is to sanitize, lie and deny Trump’s revolting remarks,they couldn’t have sent someone more suited to the cause than Pence. Pence even managed to convey umbrage when faced with Trump’s lies, calling them instead ‘insults’ from Kaine…As if Kaine is the liar. Seth takes exception, saying Trump drops insults as if he’s the child of Triumph the Insult Dog and Don Rickles.
For his hard work and the laudatory comments he garnered from pundits, Pence is now the target of jealousy by his boss. ‘Nobody puts Baby in a corner!’ I’m certain Seth’s personal message to Trump will help smooth things over. Maybe Trump will let Pence coach him before his next match-up with Hillary…Or pigs will fly?
