Seth Meyers believes there are signs that point to Donald Trump’s secret poverty, and that is why he’s offering Trump yet another chance to drop out of the presidential race, and star in the NBC series, ‘Chicago President.’ If you watch the signs, you’ll see that Trump is hurting financially. The photo of Trump eating KFC, in a conversion van (like the one your divorced uncle resides in) is a tip-off. A truly big clue is Trump’s extreme reticence to disclose his tax returns. Think about it . If Trump had anything to brag about in those tax returns, he would have copies printed for every American! The returns would be featured in every newspaper he hasn’t yet banished, and they would be displayed on billboards across the land!
Seth seeks to lure Trump into accepting the TV offer, by reading the part of dashing, young Trump in a scene with the doctor and nurse who examine him for the draft. In reality, Trump is criticized for not remembering which foot bore the painful bone spur which kept him out of combat. In the script, the doctor wrote ‘bone spur’ to describe the large, throbbing growth that kept The Donald from serving his country, but didn’t pinpoint the location as his foot.
