As even Republicans are now admitting, their government shutdown has been a political failure. As consensus builds, Senator Marco Rubio yesterday jumped on the sinking ship with Ted Cruz.
Senator Rubio over the past year or so has also decided to take a much harder stand on comprehensive immigration reform. Both of these Republican Tea Party Uglies are so called Hispanics doing as much as they can to hurt Hispanics. Ted Cruz is about as Hispanic as Yon Yonson from Wisconsin.
Why is it that two out of three Hispanics in the Senate (Senator Menendez is a Democrat) are right-wing lunatics? And why is the only African American in the Senate is also a Tea Party Ugly extremist? What’s with that?
Oh, and looking this stuff up I found that all Hispanics in the Senate over the past 50 years have been Cuban except for Ken Salazar who declares Spain as his ancestry.
