Have to give the SNL writers credit in finding something funny to do with The Handmaid’s Tale. How to deal with the lasting imagery of the series; hanging lesbians from cranes, walls dangling with the freshly hung, eye and teeth removal, rape and cattle prods.
These guys in the skit are Trump voters who don’t care because they got cold beer and swell jobs and all the rest of the women are sterile.
I do wonder why the intolerant Christian right has not jumped on the show yet. For I am sure there has not been a bigger kick in their smug little balls as this series.
