I think Colbert has something in this. The intelligent American voter likes dumb presidents. If they have someone they know they are smarter than in the White House, they can then claim that they are intelligent America voters, well at least MORE intelligent than the guy they want to have a beer with. Oops! Wait a minute. Even my Scott Walker pals up in Wisconsin say he isn’t someone you would want to have a beer with. Maybe tea at three at a prayer meeting.
I just read that there is a run this month on big gas guzzling trucks and SUVs with a 17% drop in hybrids because gas prices have gone down this month and may stay down for maybe two more months. Do these people vote? There you go, the intelligent voting public. I wonder how much meth is sold in Dairy Queen parking lots? Ha, snuck that one in on ya.
