For as long as I can remember Republicans have been screeching about the evil of the Robin Hood Plans which try to fairly fund public education. I have often pondered how wise that was for Republicans to define a childhood icon like Robin Hood as THE ENEMY. Which of course translates into the Sheriff of Nottingham as THE HERO? It does seem a fair anualogy between the two parties. Though seemingly the wrong message to send, it has worked for Republicans ever since Ronald Reagan so successfully demonized the United States Government and the people in it as crap. It worked for them until an economic collapse caused the majority of Americans to wake the Hell up from their long stupid snooze.
