It’s not so much that Roger Ailes has total control over the biggest cable news network in America, or that what he promotes is mean, selfish, stupid, intolerant, bigoted, dishonest, nastyass crap, but that anything deemed nice, kind, pleasant, fair, tolerant or helpful must be demonized by every employee at all times OR ELSE.
The OR ELSE could mean banishment to MSNBC where they fire you for being politically incorrect rather than promote you, which may then lead down to a job at Al Jazeera and if that fails off to CNN you go.
